Answer = Even if the buyer is poor (Faqeer) and purchases an animal before the days with the intention of performing Qurbani, the obligation of Qurbani does not become binding upon him. Therefore, it is not necessary for him to buy another animal for slaughter or give charity (Sadaqah) equal to its value after the days of Udhiyyah have passed.
خواہ خریدار غریب (فقیر) ہو اور ایام سے پہلے قربانی کی نیت سے جانور خریدے تو اس پر قربانی واجب نہیں ہوتی۔ لہٰذا اس کے لیے ضروری نہیں ہے کہ وہ ذبح کے لیے دوسرا جانور خریدے یا ایام عود کے گزر جانے کے بعد اس کی قیمت کے برابر صدقہ کرے۔
