Answer: Since it was the company's responsibility to deliver the parcel to the desired address, in which case it made a mistake, if the questioner did not receive the desired goods, then in such a case it is lawful for him to demand a refund from the company. However, if the questioner's neighbor has actually received the parcel, then it is not lawful for him to use these shoes. Rather, it is his responsibility to hand over the desired goods to the questioner. If he did, then in such a case the questioner will be obliged to pay the price to the company.
جواب: چونکہ پارسل کو مطلوبہ پتے پر پہنچانا کمپنی کی ذمہ داری تھی، اس صورت میں اس نے غلطی کی، اگر سائل کو مطلوبہ سامان نہیں ملا تو ایسی صورت میں اس کے لیے کمپنی سے رقم کی واپسی کا مطالبہ کرنا جائز ہے۔ البتہ اگر سائل کے پڑوسی کو واقعی پارسل مل گیا ہے تو اس کے لیے یہ جوتے استعمال کرنا جائز نہیں ہے۔ بلکہ مطلوبہ سامان سائل کے حوالے کرنا اس کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ اگر اس نے ایسا کیا تو ایسی صورت میں سائل کمپنی کو قیمت ادا کرنے کا پابند ہوگا۔
