طلاق کے واقع ہونے کا تعلق طلاق کے الفاظ کے ذہن میں بولے یا لکھے جانے سے ہے۔ لہٰذا صرف دل میں خیالات اور خیالات کی موجودگی سے طلاق واقع نہیں ہوتی۔ البتہ اگر سائل وسواس میں مبتلا ہو تو تیسرا کلمہ کثرت سے پڑھے۔
