Answer = Engaging in sexual intercourse between husband and wife during the fast in the month of Ramadan is not permissible. Doing so invalidates the fast and makes both Qadha (make-up) and Kaffarah (expiation) obligatory. While actions such as kissing, hugging, embracing, or touching sensitive parts do not break the fast, they are considered Makrooh(discouraged) during fasting hours.
ماہ رمضان میں روزے کی حالت میں میاں بیوی کے درمیان جماع کرنا جائز نہیں۔ ایسا کرنے سے روزہ ٹوٹ جاتا ہے اور قضا اور کفارہ دونوں واجب ہو جاتے ہیں۔ اگرچہ چومنا، گلے لگانا، گلے لگانا، یا حساس حصوں کو چھونے جیسے اعمال سے روزہ نہیں ٹوٹتا، لیکن روزے کے اوقات میں ان کو مکروہ سمجھا جاتا ہے۔
