Answer: In the case of a girl who has converted to Islam, if she is in an Islamic country, she should file her claim with a Muslim judge and the judge should propose Islam to her husband according to her claim. If he accepts Islam, their marriage will continue and both of them can live as husband and wife. If he refuses to accept Islam, the judge should separate the two of them and in that case, the woman will be free to marry in another place after completing the waiting period.
اسلام قبول کرنے والی لڑکی کے معاملے میں، اگر وہ اسلامی ملک میں ہے، تو اسے مسلمان جج کے پاس اپنا دعویٰ دائر کرنا چاہیے اور جج کو اس کے دعوے کے مطابق اپنے شوہر کو اسلام کی تجویز دینی چاہیے۔ اگر وہ اسلام قبول کر لیتا ہے تو ان کی شادی جاری رہے گی اور وہ دونوں میاں بیوی کے طور پر رہ سکتے ہیں۔ اگر وہ اسلام قبول کرنے سے انکار کر دے تو جج ان دونوں کو الگ کر دے اور اس صورت میں عورت عدت پوری کرنے کے بعد دوسری جگہ نکاح کر سکتی ہے۔
