اگر عورت کو ذبح کرنے کا طریقہ معلوم ہو تو اس کے لیے قربانی کے جانور پر چھری کا استعمال جائز ہے اور اس صورت میں قربانی بھی جائز ہوگی۔ تاہم چونکہ عورت اس کام سے بہت ناواقف ہے اور دل کی کمزوری کی وجہ سے اس بات کا امکان ہے کہ وہ چھری استعمال نہ کرے گی اور تمام رگیں نہ کٹی ہوں گی، اس لیے چھری کے غیر ضروری استعمال کا کام کسی عورت کے سپرد کرنا مناسب نہیں۔
