Answer = If an animal is hunted using a gun and is not slaughtered, then consuming its meat is haram (impermissible). However, if the shooter recites “Bismillah” before firing and the animal dies as a result of the shot, this falls under the ruling of "ذبح اضطراری" (emergency slaughter). In such a case, eating its meat is considered permissible (halal).
اگر بندوق کے زور پر جانور کا شکار کیا جائے اور اسے ذبح نہ کیا جائے تو اس کا گوشت کھانا حرام ہے۔ البتہ اگر گولی چلانے سے پہلے "بسم اللہ" پڑھے اور گولی لگنے سے جانور مر جائے تو یہ "ذبح اضطراری" کے حکم میں آتا ہے۔ ایسی صورت میں اس کا گوشت کھانا مباح (حلال) سمجھا جاتا ہے۔
