عام موزوں پر مسح کرنا جائز نہیں البتہ اگر اونی یا سوتی موزے اور جرابیں اتنی موٹی ہوں کہ بغیر جوتوں کے تین میل چلنا ممکن ہو تو ان کو پہننے سے وہ پھٹتے نہیں اور پنڈلی پر بندھے بغیر وہ قائم رہ سکتے ہیں اور ان میں پانی بھی داخل نہیں ہوتا ہے تو ان پر مسح کرنا جائز ہے، جیسا کہ دوسری صورت میں اس پر مسح کیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ جائز نہیں ہے.
