جواب: ہماری معلومات کے مطابق میزان بینک کے زیادہ تر لین دین مستند مفتیوں کی نگرانی میں شرعی اصولوں کے مطابق ہوتے ہیں۔ اس لیے سائل کے لیے میزان بینک میں سرمایہ کاری کرنا اور اس پر منافع حاصل کرنا جائز ہے۔ البتہ اگر سائل کو اس سلسلے میں کوئی اعتراض ہو تو وہ اسے واضح کر کے شرعی حکم معلوم کر سکتا ہے۔
