Answer: Taking and giving interest (both matters) is a major sin, and the Holy Quran has stated very strict warnings on taking interest-based transactions, based on which it is necessary to completely avoid taking interest-based transactions with a bank or any other institution or person.
However, if it is absolutely impossible to manage the business without taking a loan, then in that case a good loan should be taken from someone else. If this is also impossible, then a partnership or Mudarabat should be taken, it will be blessed, and you will also get rid of the curse of interest.

البتہ اگر قرض لیے بغیر کاروبار چلانا قطعاً ناممکن ہو تو ایسی صورت میں کسی اور سے اچھا قرض لینا چاہیے۔ اگر یہ بھی ناممکن ہے تو شراکت یا مضاربت لے لی جائے، اس میں برکت ہوگی اور سود کی لعنت سے بھی نجات ملے گی۔
