Answer: Although a woman's voice is not included in the category of 'satr' according to the Mufti, it is not permissible for a woman to unnecessarily make her voice heard by strange men. Therefore, uploading videos for a girl's profile on the internet, in which she records her voice while talking, even if she is wearing a full veil, is still not permissible due to the fear of making her voice heard by strange men unnecessarily and the men's inclination towards her, which should be avoided.
جواب: اگرچہ مفتی کے نزدیک عورت کی آواز ’ستر‘ کے زمرے میں شامل نہیں ہے، لیکن عورت کے لیے یہ جائز نہیں ہے کہ وہ غیر ضروری طور پر اپنی آواز کو اجنبی مردوں سے سنائے۔ لہٰذا انٹرنیٹ پر لڑکی کے پروفائل کے لیے ایسی ویڈیوز اپ لوڈ کرنا، جن میں وہ بات کرتے ہوئے اپنی آواز ریکارڈ کرتی ہے، چاہے وہ مکمل نقاب میں ہی کیوں نہ ہو، پھر بھی اجنبی مردوں کی طرف سے اس کی آواز کو غیر ضروری طور پر سننے کے خوف اور مردوں کے اس کی طرف جھکاؤ کی وجہ سے جائز نہیں، جس سے بچنا چاہیے۔
