کوئی شخص کسی مسجد میں اپنے لیے جگہ اس طرح مختص کرے کہ اگر کوئی دوسرا شخص اس کے سامنے آکر بیٹھ جائے تو اسے اس جگہ پر بیٹھنا جائز نہیں، یہ شرعاً درست نہیں ہے اور اس سے بچنا ضروری ہے۔
