واضح رہے کہ غصے کی حالت میں طلاق دینا بھی شرعی قانون کے مطابق طلاق ہے۔ لہٰذا اگر سائل نے دلیل کے دوران چھ بار خط کشیدہ الفاظ کہے تو اس سے بیوی پر تین طلاقیں پڑ گئیں، اس سے ثابت ہوتا ہے کہ وہ طلاق دینا حرام ہے۔ جب کہ بقیہ الفاظ طلاق کا مقام نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے کالعدم ہو چکے ہیں، اب ان کو تبدیل نہیں کیا جا سکتا، اور شرعی قانون کے بغیر نکاح نامہ دوبارہ نہیں ہو سکتا۔ البتہ عورت عدت کے بعد اپنی مرضی سے دوسری جگہ شادی کرنے کے لیے آزاد ہے۔
