Answer = If the peron have obtained prior consent from the six other family members wishing to share in the large animal sacrifice, and he intended to sacrifice it on their behalf as well as his own, then the Qurbani will be valid for all participants. It is, therefore, important that the person receives permission from all those intending to take part before the sacrifice is carried out.
If the person gave his approval before the sacrifice, then he does not need to perform a separate Qurbani. However, if he has the financial means and still wishes to offer another sacrifice, he is allowed to do so, and that sacrifice will be regarded as a voluntary (nafl) act of worship.
اگر پیرون نے بڑے جانور کی قربانی میں حصہ لینے کے خواہشمند خاندان کے چھ دوسرے افراد سے پیشگی رضامندی حاصل کر لی ہو اور اس نے ان کی اور اپنی طرف سے قربانی کرنے کا ارادہ کیا ہو تو قربانی تمام شرکاء کے لیے درست ہو گی۔ لہٰذا یہ ضروری ہے کہ وہ شخص قربانی کرنے سے پہلے ان تمام لوگوں سے اجازت لے لے جو اس میں حصہ لینے کا ارادہ رکھتے ہیں۔
اگر قربانی سے پہلے اس نے رضامندی دے دی تو اسے الگ قربانی کی ضرورت نہیں۔ تاہم، اگر اس کے پاس مالی وسائل ہیں اور پھر بھی وہ دوسری قربانی کرنا چاہتا ہے، تو اسے اس کی اجازت ہے، اور وہ قربانی رضاکارانہ (نفل) عبادت شمار ہوگی۔
