Answer = It is not permissible to use the proceeds from the Qurbani animal’s skin for construction-related purposes, such as building masjids or madrasas, as is done with other forms of charity. This is because ownership is a necessary condition, which does not apply in the case of building structures. Therefore, any amount from the skin that was spent on such construction must be given as Sadaqah to the poor and needy (Fuqara and Masakeen).
قربانی کے جانور کی کھال سے حاصل ہونے والی آمدنی کو تعمیراتی کاموں کے لیے استعمال کرنا جائز نہیں ہے، جیسے کہ مسجد یا مدرسے کی تعمیر، جیسا کہ دیگر صدقات میں کیا جاتا ہے۔ اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ملکیت ایک ضروری شرط ہے، جو عمارت کے ڈھانچے کے معاملے میں لاگو نہیں ہوتی۔ لہٰذا جلد میں سے جو بھی رقم اس طرح کی تعمیر پر خرچ کی گئی ہو اسے فقراء و مساکین کو بطور صدقہ دینا چاہیے۔
