Answer: According to our information, the system implemented by “Al-Meezan” and “Al-Barakah” banks is much better than other popular banks and is also closer to the Holy Sharia, so there is scope for any kind of dealing with the mentioned institutions.
Then, since the mentioned institutions are private and there is a risk of changing their rules and regulations, it is better to find out the complete nature of the matter and then find out the Sharia ruling in accordance with it from an authoritative Darul Ifta before doing any dealing with these institutions. جواب: ہماری معلومات کے مطابق "المیزان" اور "البرکہ" بینکوں کا نافذ کردہ نظام دیگر مقبول بینکوں سے بہت بہتر ہے اور شریعت اسلامیہ کے بھی قریب ہے، اس لیے مذکورہ اداروں کے ساتھ کسی بھی قسم کے معاملات کی گنجائش موجود ہے۔
پھر چونکہ مذکورہ ادارے پرائیویٹ ہیں اور ان کے قواعد و ضوابط میں تبدیلی کا خطرہ ہے، اس لیے بہتر ہے کہ ان اداروں کے ساتھ کوئی بھی معاملہ کرنے سے پہلے معاملے کی مکمل نوعیت معلوم کرلی جائے اور پھر اس کے مطابق کسی مستند دارالافتاء سے شرعی حکم معلوم کرلیا جائے۔ اور ایسا ہی کیا جانا چاہیے۔
