بیمہ کی مروجہ پالیسیاں بھی سود اور غیر شرعی امور میں ملوث ہونے کی وجہ سے جائز نہیں ہیں اور ان کو اختیار کرنے سے بہرحال بچنا ضروری ہے۔ البتہ اگر کسی نے غلطی سے کسی پالیسی میں شمولیت اختیار کر لی ہے تو اس کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ وہ معاملہ فوری طور پر ختم کر کے اس کی دی ہوئی رقم واپس لے اور اگر کمپنی کے ضوابط کے تحت کچھ اور رقم اسے واپس کر دی جائے تو اسے اپنے استعمال کے لیے استعمال کرنے کے بجائے اسے غریبوں اور مسکینوں (چاہے وہ بھکاری، بہن بھائی وغیرہ کے رشتہ دار ہی کیوں نہ ہوں) کو دے دے۔
