جواب: فاریکس ٹریڈنگ کا مقصد عموماً خرید و فروخت کا معاملہ نہیں ہوتا، بلکہ فرق کو برابر کرکے منافع کمانا ہوتا ہے۔ اس وجہ سے عام طور پر وہ چیز بغیر قبضے کے بیچ دی جاتی ہے جو شریعت کی رو سے جائز نہیں۔ اس لیے عام حالات میں یہ کاروبار درست نہیں ہے اور اس سے بچنا چاہیے۔ مثال کے طور پر اگر کوئی شخص اپنے کسی وکیل کے ذریعے حلال مال خریدتا ہے اور پھر اس پر قبضہ کر کے بیچتا ہے تو بلا شبہ اس کا نفع بھی حلال ہو گا۔ تاہم چونکہ اس کاروبار میں عموماً ایسا نہیں ہوتا اس لیے اس سے بچنا ضروری ہے۔
