Answer: Since it involves betting on something by predicting whether it will be expensive or cheap on a certain date, then if that prediction is proven correct, the person making the prediction gets more money, while if the prediction is proven wrong, the original money is also lost, therefore this is a form of gambling and gambling that is unlawful and forbidden according to Shariah, therefore it is not permissible to participate in this type of trading, which must be avoided.
جواب: چونکہ اس میں کسی چیز پر شرط لگا کر پیشگوئی کرنا شامل ہے کہ آیا وہ ایک مقررہ تاریخ کو مہنگا ہو گا یا سستا، اس لیے اگر وہ پیشین گوئی درست ثابت ہو جائے تو پیشین گوئی کرنے والے کو زیادہ رقم ملتی ہے، اور اگر پیشین گوئی غلط ثابت ہو جائے تو اصل رقم بھی ضائع ہو جاتی ہے، لہٰذا یہ جوا اور جوئے کی ایک قسم ہے جو کہ ناجائز اور حرام ہے، اس لیے اس قسم کی تجارت میں شرعاً شرکت کرنا ضروری نہیں ہے۔ گریز کیا جائے.
