اگر بیت الخلاء درحقیقت اس طرح بنایا گیا ہو کہ اس میں کرسی لگانے کے بعد جگہ تنگ ہونے کی وجہ سے اس کا رخ بدلنا ممکن نہ ہو تو ایسی مجبوری کی صورت میں سائل کی والدہ کے لیے قبلہ کی طرف منہ کرکے بیٹھنے کی گنجائش ہے۔ لہٰذا اس معاملے میں لوگوں کا اس پر قبلہ کی بے حرمتی کا الزام لگانا درست نہیں ہے جس سے انہیں بچنا چاہیے۔
